The red berry note carries through the whole cup, sweet and jammy without being heavy. I brewed it in my pour-over and the floral finish lingered nicely, even as it cooled. This is exactly the kind of coffee I keep coming back to.

The red berry note really comes through on the finish, and the floral aroma in the bag is unmistakable. I've been brewing it as my daily filter coffee and it's never once tasted flat or bitter, just that violet sweetness lingering nicely.

I brewed this as a pour-over and the violet notes came through so clearly, almost like a tea. The red berry sweetness lingers on the finish, it's genuinely complex and I've already ordered another bag.
