The floral aromatics open up beautifully as it cools, and that ripe stone fruit sweetness lingers long after each sip. I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over and it’s easily the most complex cup I’ve had this month.

The citrus note hits right at the front of the sip, then that ripe stone fruit sweetness lingers just long enough to make you pause. I've tried a few Geishas before and this one is on another level entirely.

Every time I brew this, the whole kitchen smells like a flower shop and I can't stop sniffing the bag. The stone fruit sweetness comes through even as it cools, which makes the last sip just as good as the first. Probably the most elegant coffee I've had all year.
