I keep coming back to this one because the soft ripe fruit notes unfold slowly with every sip, like tasting the whole arc of the coffee instead of one flat note. The richness lingers in a way that feels almost syrupy but never heavy, and it's genuinely the most complex cup I've brewed in a long time

The fruity layers really come through in the first sip, almost like ripe berries, but then it settles into that deep, rich sweetness that lingers. I’ve tried a lot of coffees and this one’s aroma alone is worth the price.

Brewed a cup this morning and the sweetness really lingers long after each sip, which I wasn't expecting from a coffee this light. The ripe fruit notes come through clearly without any of the bitterness I usually get. Definitely my new weekend ritual.
