The jasmine note is exactly as described—so delicate it feels like a tea until the citrus finish kicks in. Brewed a pour-over this morning and the flavor stayed clean all the way down.

First cup and I was genuinely surprised by how the citrus comes through bright and clean without any bitterness. The jasmine is there on the finish, but it's the balance that keeps me coming back for another brew.
