El Oromazo is a seasonal coffee offering bright, citrus, and dried fruit notes. It is grown by our long-term partners at CDNT in Northern Tolima.
This bag of El Oromazo lasted me two weeks and every morning cup had that bright citrus kick I was hoping for, with a dried fruit finish that made it feel more like a treat than a routine. It’s easily the most interesting coffee I’ve brewed this season.
That dried fruit note really comes through on the finish, and it's surprisingly smooth for a bright coffee. I've been brewing it as a pour-over every morning since the bag arrived.
The dried fruit notes really come through in the aftertaste, almost like a raisin sweetness that lingers nicely. I've been drinking it black every morning and the brightness keeps it from feeling heavy. Definitely my favorite seasonal pick so far.
