Red berries come through so clearly in this lot, almost like a fresh fruit jam in the cup. The dried fruit depth lingers nicely after each sip, and it's easily the most memorable brew I've had this season.
The citrus brightness hits right at the front of the cup, then those red berry notes carry it through—it's the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually taste it. I've brewed it both as a pour-over and in my moka pot, and it holds up beautifully either way.
