Brewed a cup this morning and the stone fruit sweetness really lingers on the finish, almost like a juicy peach. It's easily the most refined Peruvian coffee I've had in years, and the complexity makes it worth every penny.

The lemongrass note is so vivid it hits you right at the first sip, and the stone fruit sweetness lingers just long enough. It’s easily the most perfumed cup I’ve had from Peru, and the washed process keeps everything incredibly clean. Definitely worth the splurge for a special morning.

This is the first coffee that's made me stop and actually think about what I'm tasting — that lemongrass really comes through clean and bright. The washed process keeps everything so crisp and delicate, like tea almost. I've already ordered another bag.
